IMPACT100 20th Anniversary! Bright Lights, Big Impact

Global Virtual Conference

March 2-4, 2021


Exciting news for all members!  A 3-day virtual conference, open to all Impact100 members, will be hosted on March 2 – 4 by the Impact100 Council. Using a creative platform called V-Fairs, this conference promises to be a great way to learn from Impact100 leaders from around the world as they share insights, best practices, and tools that we can apply in our chapter.  Inspiring presentations from keynote speakers will be accompanied by interactive breakout sessions for discussion and sharing.  All content will be available to those who register for 30 days after the event. 

Agenda topics include sessions on member engagement, member management, technology specific to Impact100, collective philanthropy, grant stewardship, brand and communication tips, and Board-specific topics such as strategic planning and leadership development.  There is literally too much to mention in this short note.

The Board will sponsor conference registration for four or five Impact100 East Bay members, who are active on one of our committees. They will join several Board members on a team assembled to cover the Impact100 Virtual Global Conference.  Team members will be asked to 1) attend a planning session in advance, 2) commit to cover sessions deemed most valuable to us and 3) bring back materials and insights that will be used to build an internal library of resources.

But there is no limit on the number of participants.  You do not have to commit to attend all 3 days.  The structure of the virtual event will allow you to pop in and out, but not lose access to either the sessions you miss or material provided as resources.

This will be a great jump-start for new members who want to learn more about the ins and outs of Impact100 and will certainly benefit anyone who has a stake in our collective desire to assist local non-profits.  Early bird registration, available through February 14, is $155 pp.  It will be $195 pp thereafter.
